EKO-INZ General Partnership Company began it's activity
in 1992 as a joint venture established by 4 partners
working in metal industry. At the beginning all activities
were conducted from a 1600 sqf leased building. Originally the company's
business was limited to marketing and sales of replacement parts for cement
and gypsum industries. In the following years the enterprise was enlarged to
include manufacturing and services for various branches of industry and
included:
Replacement parts for sewer treatment plants
Electrofilters for power plants and heat generating plants
Various devices for coke works – as stainless steel rams and quenching cars
Drum winches for ships and sail ships
Compactors for sewer treatment plants
Industrial filters with casings
Pollution prevention and recovery devices for cement plants, coke works and
steel mills.
In 1996 the Company purchased its first property – a former
Rural Transport Co-op building – converting it into a 7500 sqf.
manufacturing plant. This was equipped with lathes, milling machines and
sheet metal guillotines. Later another 8000 sqf. hall was erected . In 1997
the company went into manufacturing of steel constructions – Our first
client was the “Czestochowa” Steel Mill ( one of the
largest factories in the country), cooperation with this steel mill
continues fruitfully today.
In 2000 two of the original owners released their
partnership in the Company and from that moment on the owners of the
enterprise are Stanislaw Misztal and Mieczyslaw Pikulski who successfully
run the operations today.
In 2002 another enlargement of the physical plant took
place: a subsequent production hall was build, this time measuring 15000 sqf.
Along with this, a steel shed of 4300 sqf was constructed. The latest
addition to the Company's installations is the biggest, 21500 sqf
production hall.

HUMAN RESOURCES:
EKO-INZ at the moment of its creation departed from the
traditional approach to the workforce recruitment. Workers are no longer
treated as a base “commodity” or a “resource” - instead our company hires
them as the creative participants in a productive enterprise operation. This
approach requires a careful selection process followed by training and
development processes. Company's investment in this area pays off with
production quality level, minimal turnover rate and and increased worker's
satisfaction and loyalty. And so, through the ongoing cooperation with
Gliwice Welding Institute over 70% of the welders acquired UE Welding
Certificate. The employment impact of the company places EKO-INZ
on the top of the employers list in our geographical region. Our workforce
recruits mainly from Pinczów, Busko Zdrój and many other,
adjacent towns and villages. At the beginning, in 1992 there were only 8
permanent positions. With the successful growth EKO-INZ employed 60 people in 1995 and
over 90 in year 2000, reaching current level of 176 employees in 2009.
